Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Taha Bozdemir (email: support@studiospdf.com), referred to as "we" in this notice.

2. What we process

We collect no account, payment, location, analytics or advertising data.

• Your documents: not at all. Every tool runs in your browser; the file you pick never leaves your device and is not sent to our server or anyone else.
• Connection data: your IP address, the time of the request, the address of the page requested and your browser details (user agent). Technically required to deliver a web page to your device.
• If you write to us: your email address, name and whatever you include in your message.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Delivering the site, protecting it against attacks (e.g. DDoS) and abuse, and fixing technical faults — KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Answering you and handling your request — KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f).
• Handling data-protection requests and legally required demands — KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç), legal obligation.

4. How it is collected

Connection data is collected automatically when you visit the site; contact data is provided by you when you write to us.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): the infrastructure that hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages), protects it against attacks and delivers its pages. Every request you make, with its connection data, passes through Cloudflare servers. This is a transfer abroad, carried out in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.
• Email (only if you write to us): your message is routed by Cloudflare and stored with Google LLC (Gmail, USA); our replies are sent through Sendinblue SAS (Brevo, France). These transfers are also carried out in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.
• Competent public authorities: only where the law requires it, and only to the extent required.

6. How long we keep it

• Your documents: never received, so never kept.
• We keep no access log and use no visitor analytics.
• Cloudflare keeps the logs it needs to run and secure its service for the periods set out in its own privacy policy.
• Correspondence: kept for at most 1 year after your request is closed, then deleted.

7. Cookies and preferences stored in your browser

We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Your theme (light/dark) and language choice are kept only in your browser's local storage: they are never sent to us, do not identify you, and you can clear them from your browser at any time.

Cloudflare may, when needed, set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) to tell automated attacks from people. They are not used for advertising or profiling.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 (and, for visitors in the EEA/UK, the equivalent GDPR rights) you may ask us:

• Whether your personal data is processed
• For information about that processing
• Its purpose and whether data is used accordingly
• Which third parties, in Turkey or abroad, it is transferred to
• To correct incomplete or inaccurate data
• To delete or destroy it under KVKK Art. 7
• To have corrections and deletions notified to those third parties
• To object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• For compensation of damage caused by unlawful processing

9. How to apply

Send your request by email to support@studiospdf.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).

10. Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this notice as the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, dated at the top.
